Business group had sued activist organization over fake news conference The $147 million-revenue U.S. Chamber of Commerce said "no" to further litigation against The Yes Men on June 7, according to a legal filing. The Yes Men is an activist group that impersonates corporate leaders and in 2009 conducted such a hoax at the National Press Club: Two group members claiming to be Chamber officials said the business federation had changed its position and decided to support legislation to curb global warming.
